Abstract
Mango is one of the Horticultural commodities which has various types. Situ Bolang Agrotourism, located in Jatisura Village, Cikedung District, Indramayu Regency, is a location that produces and develops Agrimania mangoes, which are superior varieties of new mangoes. In carrying out its business, it is certainly inseparable from the risks that can interfere with the production process, so risk management is needed in order to minimize the impact and losses that will be incurred. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying sources of risk in agrimania mango production in Situ Bolang Agrotourism, determining risk priorities according to the severity of risks in agrimania mango production, and to determine effective management of the risks and impacts on agrimania mango production. This study uses the fishbone diagram method, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Pareto diagrams. The results showed that in the Agrimania mango production process there are 5 sources of risk with a high RPN value, namely: extreme weather changes with a cumulative percent value of 30%, disease disorders with a value of 45%, planned implementation with a value of 56%, quality of mango products agrimania with a value of 67% and cash flow availability with a value of 77%, these five risk sources are priority risks that need to be handled properly so that they do not recur in the future.
