Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Schott Igar Glass. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, and has a sample of 133 employees. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the multiple regression test produce an equation = 8.306 + 0.479X1 + 0.082X2 + 0.208X3, the F test is 6314,964 with a significant value = 0.000 meaning that the regression model can be used to predict employee performance. Motivation has a stronger influence than work discipline and work environment on employee performance. All independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance level below 0.05.
