Abstract
Abstract.The purposeofthis studywas to determine the practice ofhuman resourcedevelopmentin the BPRS Harta InsanKarimahandto determine thesuitability ofthe development ofhuman resources in theBPRS Harta InsanKarimah withthe principles ofhuman resource managementin theIslamicperspective.The benefitsof theresearch are expected toprovide knowledgeandinsightin the world ofIslamic bankingin particularhuman resource developmentof shariah.The method usedis a qualitativemethod ofnaturalistictechniquesof dataretrievalisa field studythat includes observationand interviews,library research andtriangulation.The conclusion fromthisstudy showed thathuman resource development conducted in theBPRS HartaInsanKarimah Bekasiis in conformitywithIslamicperspective.
