Abstract

ABSTRACK NOVITA RIZKY RAHMAWATI: 41182911160008 “THE CONCEPT OF ISLAMIC SOSIALISM H.O.S TJOKROAMINOTO IN RESPONDING TO ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN A CONTEMPORARY ERA” Thesis: Bekasi: Departement of Islamic Religious Education “45” Bekasi 2022. Education plays an important role in fighting, so that the view of HOS Tjokroaminoto I very important to revive the ideas of Islamic socialism HOS Tjoktoaminoto to provide self awareness, especially in Islamic educational institutions, it is hope that later educational products have a high socialist spirit and giving birth to a generation that has a social concern to build this nation, without arrogance to individualism. This research focuses on the formulation of the problem of the concept HOS Tjokroaminoto,s thinking about Islamic Socialism and how Islamic education is a contemporary era. The type of research used in this study are qualitative research liberary research, namely collecting materials to answer questions formulated and carried out through literature studies. The result of this study show that HOS Tjokroaminoto has a concept of thought that wants the community to have the right to independence, aquality, and justice that does not look at ethnicity, race, culture and social strata of certain society which result in oppression of oppression between social classes.
