Abstract

This study aims to determine: the influence of professional skepticism, independence and auditor competence on the quality of remote audits during the Covid-19 pandemic at Public Accounting Firms in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with the population in this study being auditors registered at the Jakarta regional public accounting firm. Determination of the sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. the data used in this research is primary data. the sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis used to process the data in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between professional skepticism, independence and auditor competence on the quality of remote audits in the Jakarta area
