Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of Reward employees and punishments towards employee work discipline at PT Raju Brother and to find out the Rewards and punishments for employee work discipline at PT Raju Brother. The research method used by the author is descriptive. This research was conducted at PT Raju Brother. The research sample was 60 employees at PT Raju Brother. Data analysis uses multiple regression and classical assumptions with statistical product and service solution (SPSS) programs. The results of the research conducted there was a significant influence simultaneously (together) between the free variables (Reward, and Punishment) on the bound variables (work discipline). This is evidenced by obtaining a calculated F value of 9.051 with a significant number of 0.000 or less than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Reward, and punishment on the work discipline of PT Raju Brother employees. If reviewed partially, the results of the Rewaed variable have a positive influence on work discipline. This is evidenced by the value of t counting the Reward variable of 3.547 with a significance number of 0.001 or less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between rewards on work discipline. Punishment variables have a positive effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the value of t counting the Punisment variable of 2.214 with a significance number of 0.031 or less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between punishment and work discipline.
