Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Work Engagement as a mediating variable among employees of PT Megah Dinar Calakan. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT Megah Dinar Calakan, with a sample of 35 respondents selected using a saturation sampling technique. This research employed a quantitative method with a causal-associative research design. The data used were primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data analysis technique applied was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 4.1.1.8 software. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a coefficient value of 0.369 (t-statistic = 2.701; p-value = 0.007). Transformational Leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement, with a coefficient value of 0.717 (t-statistic = 7.999; p-value = 0.000). Furthermore, Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a coefficient value of 0.397 (t-statistic = 2.368; p-value = 0.018). In addition, Transformational Leadership has an indirect positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Work Engagement as a mediating variable.
