Abstract
This study is entitled The Role of the Village Head in the Development of Village Road Infrastructure in Ciledug Village, Setu District, Bekasi Regency. This study aims to examine the role of the Village Head in the development of village road infrastructure in Ciledug Village, Setu District, Bekasi Regency, to identify the obstacles encountered, and to analyze the efforts undertaken to overcome these obstacles. The research employed a qualitative research method. Data collection and analysis were conducted through literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. This study applies the leadership theory proposed by Veithzal Rivai (2017:129), which consists of four indicators: coordination, decision making, communication, and attention to subordinates.
