Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of team work, rewards, and job enrichment on millennial employee engagement in Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study is millennial generation employees in the Bekasi Regency area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 97 respondents. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed through google forms. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 software. The findings of the study show that the variables of team work (X1), reward (X2), and job enrichment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement (Y) of the millennial generation in Bekasi Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The determination coefficient value of 0.815 indicates that 81.5% of the variation in employee engagement can be explained by all three variables (team work, reward, and job enrichment) while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
