Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of communication and rewards on employee job satisfaction at the supplier company PT Rame Rakaguna Prakarsa. This study used a quantitative approach, using data obtained from questionnaires distributed to PT Rame Rakaguna Prakarsa employees. The study population was all 40 PT Rame Rakaguna Prakarsa employees. Data processing in this study used IBM SPSS Version 23. The results of this study indicate that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05, and rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05.
