Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate an effective digital marketing strategy using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis approach. This study was conducted for Oppo products by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that the company's main strengths lie in product quality and presence on various digital platforms. Based on the SWOT, an adaptive and innovative digital marketing strategy was formulated, such as strengthening digital content, optimizing SEO, and increasing customer interaction through social media. This research is expected to serve as a reference for business actors in designing sustainable and competitive digital strategies. OPPO's digital marketing strategy is on the right track to increase visibility, address challenges, and maximize existing opportunities.
