Abstract

PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP STRATEGY TO IMPROVE SERVICE EXCELLENT THROUGH DIGITAL CLASSROOM PROGRAM AT SMPIT THORIQ BIN ZIYAD BOARDING SCHOOL BEKASI DISTRICT The quality of educational services is a major focus in the digital era, especially in school environments that serve a generation accustomed to interacting with technology. SMPIT Thariq bin Ziyad Boarding School Bekasi faces challenges in providing educational services that are not only academically superior, but also responsive to the needs of students and parents, especially in learning services related to technology. Through the digital Classroom program, the school seeks to improve the standard of service excellence by integrating the leadership of the principal, service excellence and technology in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method used to explore the leadership strategy of the principal in developing the program. Data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies, with the main informants consisting of the principal, students and parents of students as parties receiving services from the digital classroom program. Technical data analysis using the interactive technique, which includes the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions systematically. The results of the study show that the digital classroom program not only makes learning innovations, but also becomes an integrated part of the school's efforts to provide the best service for students and parents. This program facilitates access to academic information, improves academic knowledge based on current technology, and creates a more inclusive, efficient, and responsive learning ecosystem to the needs of generations accustomed to digital interaction. The visionary and adaptive leadership strategy of the principal is a major factor in realizing quality and relevant educational services in the digital era.
