Abstract

Mughniy Relika Prahastiwi, 41182911190128. islamic Educational Values in the Novel "Dalam Mihrab Cinta" by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Islamic Education Study Program, Islamic University 45 Bekasi, 2025/1447 H. This study aims to analyze the Islamic educational values contained in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The Novel was selected because it contains numerous moral and religious messages that can serve as examples, particulary in the context of islamic education. this research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using content analysis methods. The primary data source is the text of the novel, analyzed through excerpts that represent Islamic educational values. The results of the study indicate that the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta includes various Islamic educational values, such as : faith values (faith in Allah, trust in Him, repentance), worship values (prayer, remembrance of Allah, supplication), moral values (honesty, patience, responsibility), and social values (tolerance, empathy, mutual assistance). These values are conveyed through the characters in the novel, the storyline, and dialogues that depict an educational process rich in Islamic values. This research is expected to contribute to the development of literature-based learning and serve as an alternative learning resource that strengthens students religious character.
