Abstract
The low OCB among employees at PT Madubaru, Bantul, is characterized by 5 (17%) individuals frequently using their phones during work, 6 (20%) individuals being indifferent to the difficulties of other colleagues. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence between group cohesiveness and psychological contracts on OCB among employees in the quality control division at PT.X. The method used is quantitative with a population study. This research used 80 respondents. The data collection in this research are a preliminary interview and psychological scales for OCB with a reliability value of .874, psychological scales for group cohesiveness with a reliability value of .945, and psychological scales for psychological contracts with a reliability value of .947. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test state that there is a relationship between group cohesiveness and OCB (r=.415,sig..0.000), and the results of the Spearman rank correlation test show that there is a relationship between psychological contracts and OCB (r=.311,sig..0.005). The results of the multiple regression test positive influence between group cohesiveness and psychological contracts on OCB (r=.524,F=.000). And influence amount 27.4%
