Akbar Fathurohman. 41182911180019. The Implementation of the Reinforcement Method in Enhancing Students' Learning Motivation in Islamic Religious Education at SDN Mekarsari 01. Islamic Education Study Program. Universitas “45” Bekasi. 2025. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of the reinforcement method in enhancing students’ learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDN Mekarsari 01. This research also aims to identify the forms of reinforcement used by teachers, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is inductive qualitative descriptive analysis. The data sources in this research are the Islamic Religious Education teacher and several students at SDN Mekarsari 01. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic Religious Education teacher plays a crucial role in increasing students’ learning motivation through the application of the reinforcement method. The forms of reinforcement used include verbal praise, symbolic rewards, simple gifts, and emotional approaches that encourage students to be more confident and active in the learning process. Supporting factors in the implementation of reinforcement include a conducive classroom environment, parental support, and the availability of learning media. Inhibiting factors include low student self-confidence, environmental distractions, and students’ emotional instability. With proper implementation of reinforcement, students' learning motivation can be significantly improved in Islamic Religious Education learning.
