Abstract
ABSTRACT EDUCATIONAL FINANCING MANAGEMENT IN AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATORS AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL AT SMPIT BAITUL 'ILMI TAMBUN SELATAN BEKASI DISTRICT Faisal Hernawan Mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Magister Pendidikan Islam UNISMA Bekasi Email: Faisal.Hernawan18@gmail.com The aim of the research is to identify planning, implementation processes, as well as evaluation of education budget financing management in order to realize improvements in the quality of education as well as educational personnel. In order to achieve maximum goals, researchers will apply descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study show that the treasurer will initially request a budget proposal report from the deputy principal for the program for the next 1 year to be followed by a request for approval from the principal. The initial stage is that the deputy principal proposes various needs for educators and educational staff for the next 1 budget year. . Then the next process is approved by the school principal and administration. There are two processes, namely budget receipts and budget expenditures. The first stage is that the school will apply for funds with several students who are active in the school by providing data on a number of existing students, then make a proposal for submission, then the proposal that has been made will then be submitted to the Bekasi district KPPN followed by making a letter of accountability, then to finance educators and educational staff in participating in existing seminars and work shops. The school budget expenditure at SMPIT Baitul 'Ilmi Tambun Selatan is in accordance with the activity planning that has been determined in the RKAS which has been designed for the next year. In this process, the treasurer will be responsible for various financing activities that will be submitted to several authorities. The aim of training is to increase the professionalism of educators and education personnel every year and increase teachers and education personnel in schools.
