Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyse the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at J&T Express Serang Baru branch. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with primary date collected through a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by a t-count value for the service quality variable of 3,912 > 1.660 (t-table) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, and a t-count value for the price variable of 6.791 > 1.660 (t-table) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
