Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Capital Employed as components of Intellectual Capital on the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR). The population of this research includes all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2023, with a total sample of 48 banks. This research adopts a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis, with secondary data derived from the annual financial statements. Data processing was conducted using SPSS software, employing a series of classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that Human Capital has no significant influence on Sustainable Growth, suggesting that the capabilities of individuals within the company have not yet made an optimal contribution to sustainable development. On the other hand, Structural Capital and Capital Employed show a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Growth. This implies that organizational systems, structures, and the efficient utilization of company capital play a crucial role in promoting sustainable growth in the banking sector.
