Abstract

that the importance of employee performance quality in a company, where employees have an important role as a driver of achieving company goals, if employees who have suboptimal performance will affect the value and development of results in the company. Therefore, this study intends to examine the three variables with the research title "The Effect of Adversity Quotient and Self Esteem on Employee Performance". To know the description of adversity quotient, self esteem and employee performance of PT Artha Bina Bhayangkara.know the relationship between adversity quotient and employee performance of PT Artha Bina Bhayangkara.To know the relationship between self esteem and employee performance of PT Artha Bina Bhayangkara.To know the influence between adversity quotient, self esteem on employee performance of PT Artha Bina Bhayangkara. Based on the research and results of the analysis, calculations and discussions that have been explained in chapters 1 to 4, the following results can be concluded: 1. Characteristics of Adversity Quotient and Self-esteem on employee performance at PT. Artha Bina Bhayangkara As follows a. Based on the description of the Adversity Quotient variable on employees at PT. Artha Bina Bhayangkara shows that respondents are dominated by the medium category b. Based on the description of the Self-esteem variable on employees at PT. Artha Bina Bhayangkara shows that respondents are dominated by the medium category c. Based on the description of the Employee Performance variable on employees at PT. Artha Bina Bhayangkara shows that respondents are dominated by the medium category 2. The results of the hypothesis test in this study are as follows: a. There is a significant relationship between Adversity Quotient and Employee Performance at PT. Artha Bina Bhayangkara b. There is a significant relationship between self-esteem and Employee Performance at PT. Artha Bina Bhayangkara c. There is an Influence of Adversity Quotient and self-esteem on Employee Performance at PT. Bhayangkara's Art of Building
