Abstract
ABSTRACK The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of mathematics students caused by the lack of variety of learning models used, as well as the dominance of the lecture method in the teaching and learning process. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods one group pretest-posttest design. The research method used is quantitative method with pre-experimental approach and one group Pretest-Posttest research design. The study subjects were 25 third grade students.A. The instrument used is an objective test to measure students ' cognitive learning outcomes. His study aims to determine the effect of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the learning outcomes of mathematics Grade III students at SDN Muktijaya 03, especially in the subject of Mathematics (MTK). The Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Model was chosen because it is thought to be able to create a contextual, interactive learning atmosphere, and encourage students to actively engage in the learning process related to everyday life. The results showed that the effect of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on the learning outcomes of mathematics class III at SDN Muktijaya 03 significantly improved student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning. Students who studied with the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model showed higher learning outcomes and were more active in the learning process. This research provides theoretical contribution by explaining the effectiveness of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model in improving mathematics learning outcomes. The average pretest pretest score of 43.5 students increased significantly to 72.9 at the time of posttest. In addition, the results of the analysis of the calculation of N-Gain showed an average value of 0.56.5, which is in the medium category. A total of 68.0% experienced an increase in learning outcomes in the medium category. This shows that the learning model of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) has a significant effect on improving students ' math learning outcomes.In practical terms, this study can be a reference for educators in choosing innovative learning methods to improve the quality of Education. Further research is recommended to assess the application of this model to other subjects with different levels of education, so that it can have a greater positive impact on improving student learning outcomes.
