Abstract

Implementation of Mayor Regulation Number 55 of 2017 Concerning the Provision of Breastfeeding Rooms in Government, Private Workplaces and Other Public Facilities in North Bekasi District, Bekasi City. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Sources and techniques for obtaining data are (1) Primary Data, data sources obtained directly from the source, and (2) Secondary Data, additional data from primary data in the form of data obtained indirectly in the field or based on additional sources. In this study, data was obtained based on techniques, namely (1) literature study, (2) field study, (3) observation, (4) interviews, and (5) documentation. The theory used in this study related to implementation comes from Van Meter and Van Horn, which has six public policy implementation variables, namely (1) Standards and Objectives, (2) Resources, (3) Organizational Characteristics, (4) Communication between Organizations, (5) Attitudes of Implementers, and (6) Economic, Social, and Political Conditions. In this study, several data have been found based on sources that have been targeted based on their field of expertise. Therefore, it has been found that the Mayor's Regulation Number 55 of 2017 concerning the Provision of Breastfeeding Rooms in Government, Private Workplaces, and other public facilities in North Bekasi District, Bekasi City has not been optimal as follows: has not been running optimally.
