Abstract

This study aims to analyze virtual communication carried out by Natya Shina in managing her digital media. The main focus of this study is to understand how Natya Shina utilizes virtual communication to build personal branding, increase audience engagement, and promote products through digital platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. The theoretical framework used is 5P, which helps explore strategies in creating effective and relevant communication. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and digital content analysis. The results of the study show that Natya Shina consistently applies creative and interactive communication strategies, which not only succeed in strengthening her personal image but also support the success of the Soldoutofc brand. This study provides practical insights into strategic digital media management, especially for influencers and entrepreneurs who want to make optimal use of digital platforms.
