Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Organizational Commitment towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as Variable intervention in public junior high school teachers (SMPN) 9 Bekasi. Samples used by 50 respondents, data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The research method used in this research is the method Quantitative. The data used is primary data. Data processing in research this uses a structural equation model or Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.7. Research results show that organizational commitment has a positive effect significant to job satisfaction with the original sample result of 0.469, T-Statistic (4,220 > 1,96) and P-value (0,000 < 0,005). Job satisfaction has an effect significant positive to Organizational citizenship behavior with original results sample of 0,343, T-statistic (3,039 > 1,96) and P-value (0,001 < 0,005). Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship behavior with original sample results of 0,311, T-statistics (2,206 >1,96) and P-value (0,014 < 0,005). Organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an influential mediation variable positive and significant with an original sample value of 0.161, T-statistics (2,101 >1,96) and P-value (0,018 < 0,005). Then at the structural level the role of mediation job satisfaction is classified as the influence of medium mediation which is 0.021.
