Abstract
Students have intellectual potential and are expected to be able to make a real contribution to the change and progress of the nation through the thoughts, research, and innovations produced. A person's social intelligence to relate effectively to others. Self-efficacy is a person's belief in their ability to manage and carry out an action necessary to produce a certain achievement. This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and social intelligence on resilience in students who are active in organizations. This study is a quantitative research with a correlational design. The subjects in this study are 449 students who are active in organizing consisting of 5 faculties and 14 associations. The data collection method uses interviews and psychological scales. Through the Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis technique, it is known that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy and resilience (r = 0.464, ρ = 0.000, 2-tailed), there is a significant influence between social intelligence and resilience (r = 0.387, ρ = 0.000, 2-tailed) and through multiple regression analysis techniques, the results are obtained that self-efficacy and social intelligence are able to contribute to organizational resilience (Sig.
