XVI+91 Pages + 12 Tables + 2 Figures + 15 Appendices Keywords: Company Value, Sustainability Report Disclosure , Financial Performance as a Moderating Variable This research aims to determine the influence of the Sustainability Report Disclosure on Company Value with Financial Performance as a Moderating Variable.This research aims to determine the influence of Sustainability Report Disclosure on Company Value with Financial Performance as a Moderating Variable. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Sustainability Report Disclosure on Company Value with Financial Performance as a Moderating Variable. In companies in the Basic Material sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2023, the method used in this research is quantitative. The data used are secondary data in the form of Annual Reports and Sustainability Report Disclosures using purposive sampling technique. The sample size consisted of 12 companies. The analysis method used is panel data analysis, using E-views. The results of this study indicate that Sustainability Report Disclosure has a negative impact on Company Value, with Financial Performance serving as a Moderating Variable between Sustainability Report Disclosure and Company.
