Abstract

ABSTRACT Service Quality of Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 Bekasi City Health Service Achmad Dwi Santoso Islamic University “45” Bekasi Email: ahmaddwisantoso962015@gmail.com The quality of Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 health and emergency services carried out by the Bekasi City Health Service can be a task and answer various challenges and needs of the community. Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 is a service for various medical emergencies through Call Center 119 which can be accessed widely and free of charge by all Indonesian people via cell phones and landlines. This emergency service is also an integration between the Central Government through the 119 National Command Center located at the Ministry of Health and the Regional Government through the Public Safety Center (PSC) in each Regency/City. Based on the problem identification above, the aim of this research is, as as follows: To find out what obstacles and efforts are being made by the Bekasi City Health Service in improving the quality of Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 services. The results of the research show that there are obstacles to the quality of Public Safety Center PSC 119 services in service. The community's emergency is when people call the Bekasi City PSC 119 service which only operates from 08:00 to 16:00 WIB. There are only 3 ambulance units available. Human resources for labor are still minimal, which is why the quality of service is not yet optimal. This is in line with research by Makdar and Meirinawati (2018) which states that call center emergency response services are less than optimal due to network constraints. With these efforts, it is hoped that the quality of PSC 119 Bekasi City services can improve, provide a faster response, and ensure that the safety and welfare of the community can be better maintained.
