Abstract
Education is a conscious and planned effort to achieve educational goals. Recently there has been a decline in morals in the educational environment. Islamic Religious Education Teachers play an important role in educational institutions and the morality of students. An Islamic Religious Education teacher must be able to be a role modeel in shaping the character and personality of his students. The aims of this research are: 1, to find out the concepts used by teachers in providing Islamic religious education to students. 2) to know the implementation used by teachers in developing students' morals, 3) to find out the evaluations used by teachers in developing students' morals. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely research that is used to examine a situation or natural phenomenon regarding behavior, perceptions, social activities, traits and thoughts of people individually or in groups by means of description. Research Results: 1) That the concepts used by teachers in providing Islamic religious education to students at SDIT AlMarjan Bekasi are: 1) a teacher must have an interesting and relevant learning concept. 2) understand and apply the knowledge applied to students 2) The implementation used by teachers in developing student morals at SDIT AlMarjan Bekasi, there are several stages in order for students to be able to implement their morals: 1) an educator must be a good uswah in everyday life situations. day or study. 3) ) Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fostering student morals has a positive impact on both students and teachers. Conclusions from the results of this research: 1) The concepts used by teachers in providing Islamic religious education have been carried out effectively. 2) The implementation used by teachers in developing students' morals must be relevant according to current developments. 3) Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in developing students' morals has a positive impact on both students and teachers.
