Abstract

Currently, mountain climbing tourist destinations are very popular with nature activists. Starting from young people to old people, many people like mountain climbing tourist destinations. For various reasons, namely just a hobby, wanting to enjoy the view, and looking for peace. However, there are still many climbers who lack information and knowledge about mountain climbing, which results in a very high number of accidents on mountains. So many climbers are interested in taking part in mountain open trips so that climbing activities can be safe and comfortable. The purpose of this research is to find out the social media marketing strategy of the Wanahita open trip. This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and research documentation. The results of this research look at Wanahita's open trip social media marketing strategy with indicators, content creation, content sharing, connecting, community building.
