Abstract

Based on Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is realized when the organization can direct and develop potential and abilities possessed by employees. Republic ActIndonesia No. 23 of 2014 requires regional governments to providehave a real broad impact on work motivation, especially the discipline of the internal apparatus developing responsibilities and duties (arianto, 2016). The fact is stillIt was found that there were public complaints regarding employee performanceThe type of research used in this research is qualitative research,This research describes how employee work motivation in the office is Bekasi Jaya Village, East Bekasi District, Bekasi City. Motivation alreadyquite good, but not optimal The results of this research can be seen based on 6 motivation indicators incentives for providing motivation in the form of incentives at the Bekasi District Office East Bekasi District, East Bekasi City, already good, giving bonuses indeed given by employees who have work achievements, work towards employees at the Bekasi Jaya Subdistrict Office, East Bekasi City District Bekasi is good, seen from the neat work space arrangement and cleanliness Offices that support health, motivation in the form of work space conditions in The Bekasi Jaya Village Office, East Bekasi District, Bekasi City is good, This can be indicated by the completeness of the facilities and infrastructure as well as their preparation special space for employees if there is a task given, internal motivation forms of interpersonal relationships in the Bekasi Jaya District Office East Bekasi Kota Bekasi is running well, this can be seen by the existence of a sustainable work program can form closeness between with each other and the establishment of cooperation, motivation in the form of awards in the office Bekasi Jaya Village, East Bekasi District, Bekasi City, it is still necessary to improved where the village head only felt proud and gave praise for the results good work of the employees, motivation in the form of career development in The Bekasi Jaya Village Office, East Bekasi District, Bekasi City is good, This can be seen in a leader who always tries to invite people subordinates to be active in carrying out the tasks given, motivation the work of employees at the Bekasi Jaya Subdistrict Office, Bekasi District East Bekasi City in terms of providing motivation to its employees good, but it cannot be said to be optimal because there are still shortcomings in the motivation for giving awards and there are still shortcomings in it attention to society.
