Abstract

This research discusses the importance of mental health, young adults arevulnerableto loneliness dueto life transitions and various other reasons.With the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of self-compassion and psychological well-being on loneliness in students. With a quantitative study of correlational techniques on 366 students. Datawere collected through psychological scales for self-compassion, psychological well-being,andloneliness.InstrumentreliabilityusingCronbach'sAlphaformula. Analyzed using multiple regression. The results obtained show a value of r = 0.566, p = 0.000 (p<0.05), that Ha isaccepted, meaning that thereis aninfluenceofself-compassion andpsychological well-being on loneliness in students at Islamic University 45 Bekasi.
