Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the influence of deferred taxes, tangibility and growth on the company's financial performance. so that it can identify factors that can influence the financial performance of a company. The method used in the research uses statistical methods with a quantitative approach. This research uses a sample using a purposive sampling method with data sourced from the annual financial reports of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, where 35 companies were obtained with 105 data obtained. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression analysis method and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 27 software application. The results of this research indicate that deferred tax and tangibility have a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Growth has a positive and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Suggestions for further research are expected to not only take samples of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector, but also to use companies from other sectors. It is hoped that future research can increase the data sampling period and add other variables so that the results of the research are more consistent.
