Abstract
The Special Capital Region of Jakarta as the capital of Indonesia is not only a place of activity for Jakarta residents, but also for immigrants. The public's demands for the government to create good public transportation services also apply to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is required to be able to provide a sense of security and comfort. The efforts of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to improve public transportation modes in Jakarta by launching the Jak Lingko microtrans program. According to regulations, Jak Lingko was formed from Governor's Instruction (Ingub) Number 66 of 2019 concerning air quality control. This research has several focuses, the first is analyzing the implementation of the Integrated Transportation Program in the Special Capital Region (DKI) Jakarta Province. Second, analyze the implementation of the JakLingko transportation program in the Special Capital Region (DKI) Jakarta Province. Third, analyze public perceptions about the Jak Lingko integrated transportation program in DKI Jakarta Province. This research uses a constructivist paradigm using qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques for this research: observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation study. The research results state that the implementation of the Integrated Transportation Program in DKI Jakarta Province has not run optimally because there are still obstacles. However, the Jak Lingko Application Program is running well. The perception of the public using Jak Lingko Integrated Transportation regarding the Jak Lingko Program has responded very well and has become an attraction for people using public transportation.
