Abstract

This research aims to describe the state of Tarung Derajat athletes at Unisma Bekasi which can later be used as one of the perspectives for improving achievements in matches. The method used in this study is descriptive research and by conducting a survey of data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The population of this study is Tarung Derajat athletes of the Unisma Bekasi training unit. Sampling uses purposive sampling with a sample of 10 people. From the results of the data, the results of the physical condition, strength and endurance of the muscles of the upper body, especially the chest, shoulder, and arm muscles of the Unisma Bekasi combat level athletes have an average of 35.3 times which is included in the "Good" category; the physical condition in the speed test (30-meter sprint) of the Unisma Bekasi Satlat Tarung Derajat athletes has an average of 4 minutes 08 seconds which is included in the "Good" category; for the Bleep MFT Test, the athletes of the Unisma Bekasi Combat Rank have an average VO2Max = 35.40 which is included in the category of "Less Once"; doing Vertical Jump athletes fighting degrees at Unisma Bekasi have an average of 39.3 cm which is included in the "Less" category; In conducting the Sit and Reach test, the Unisma Bekasi Satung Derajat athletes have an average of 23.7 cm which is included in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of the data processing analysis, it can be concluded that the average of the overall test results shows the ability of athletes who take part in the Tarung Derajat at Unisma Bekasi is included in the "Medium" category.
