Abstract

The research focuses on interest in saving in Islamic banks which aims to determine: (1) The effect of disposable income on students' interest in saving in Islamic banks; (2) The influence of knowledge about Islamic Banks on students' interest in saving at Islamic Banks; (3) The influence of Disposible Income and Knowledge on interest in saving in Islamic Banks.. The method used is data collection in this research using an online questionnaire with a sample of 70 responses as a tool for analyzing data. By carrying out research instruments using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t test and F test) and coefficient of determination (r). The results of this research state that the results of the analysis can be concluded that the first hypothesis (H1) is negative (the direction of influence is negative), this research shows that disposable income does not have a significant effect on students' interest in saving in Islamic banks, the results of the analysis of the second hypothesis (H2) are positive, research This shows that knowledge influences students' interest in saving in Islamic banks, and the results of the analysis in the third hypothesis (H3) are accepted. This research shows that the variables Disposable income and knowledge have a positive and significant effect together (simultaneously) on students' interest in saving in Islamic banks.
