Abstract
Improving the performance of teachers is the most important condition for improving the quality of education and producing qualified graduates. Conflict can occur between students and students, teacher and teacher, teacher with student. Conflict management is an important factor in creating productive institutions. To that end, the educational institutions must be managed by the head of the school and at the same time administer professional education, in the sense of being able to use existing resources and manage conflict well so that the performance of the members of the institutions can be improved optimally. This research aims to find out the accessibility of the teacher's work poduktivity at SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi, and to know how the implementation of conflict management by the head of the school, as well as to describe the mechanism of Conflict Management in improving the productivity of the work of teachers in SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi. Research is used with qualitative methods. Data gathering techniques with observations, interviews, and lifts. The subject of the research is the Head, Master. Based on the research found results: 1) access to teachers' work poduktivity in SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi, 2) Conflict management can improve the productivity of teachers in SMK Mutiara 17 Agustus Bekasi.
