Abstract
Zaid Ahmad Al Hudorih 41182191200081, This thesis is titled “The Effect of Obstacle Variation Training on Shooting Accuracy in the Futsal Extracurricular Program at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan”. Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of obstacle variation training on the shooting accuracy of the futsal extracurricular program at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan. The research method used in this study is experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population used in this study consists of the futsal extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 15 futsal extracurricular students from SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan. Based on the data obtained from the accuracy tests, the average pretest score was 6.00 and the posttest score was 1.51, with a difference of 2.29. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of obstacle variation training on the shooting accuracy of the futsal extracurricular program at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan.
