Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Teacher Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of SMPN 284 Jakarta, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. The research sample was 35 respondents. The research method used in the research is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques, namely distributing questionnaires directly by visiting SMPN 284 Jakarta schools. Data was processed using Path Analysis with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS 26 program, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The variables of motivation, compensation and work environment together have a simultaneous and significant effect on job satisfaction. These results indicate that motivation, compensation and work environment variables can be used in a multiple regression model to predict job satisfaction.
