Abstract

This Study aims to determine he effect of memorizing the Qur’an on the mathematics academic achiement of class VI Student at SDIT HANIYA Kebalen Bekasi. This type of research is qualitative rexeach with an associative approach. The collections techniques used were observation, guestionaires, and documentation. The population in this study was SDIT HANIYA Kebalen Bekasi.Test the validity of the instrument using manually with Cronbach’s Alpha. Because the receach subject werw less than one hundred, the researcher used total sampling.The analysis used is normality test, simple liniearity regression, the coefficients of correlation, the coefficient of determination and t test. The result show that Al Qur’an memorizing of the Qur’an has no significant effect on the academic achievement in mathematics of class IV Students at SDIT HANIYA Kebalen Bekasi.Thi is evidenced by the result of the t test obtained by a t-count value of 1,646,while t-table value with a significance level of 5% and Dk= 52-2=49 obtaiend by a t-table value of 1,677. Then it is staded tht t-count < t Table,base on decisioen making ule, if t-count < than t-table. Than Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The Conclusion is that there is no significant effet between memorizing the Qur’an on the mathematic academi achievement of class VI students at SDIT Kebalen Bekasi. The magnitude of the Qur’an to academic achievement in mathematics can be seen from the value of the coeffisien of determination of 5,244%, this means thas the academic achievement of mathematics is influenced by memorizing of 5.44% while the remaining is 94,756%. While the remaining 94,7566% is influenced by other factos. The results of this study refuted previous research which statped that there was a significant effect of memorizing the Qur’an on mathematics academic achievement.
