Abstract
Personality is often described in the form of behavioral traits such as self-confidence, dominance, sociability, adaptability, and aggression. It is related to personality, specifically self-concept. We can have a clear understanding of human personality without knowing the nature of all the factors that limit personality, whether physical or including traits, attitudes, behaviors, and other thinking patterns that help distinguish individuals from one another. Although their social life is lacking, they still show a good desire to learn. In the learning process at school, motivation plays an important role. Without learning motivation, everything you want to achieve will not be possible. Related to this problem, researchers are interested in researching, knowing, and analyzing the relationship between introverted personality and student learning motivation in PAI subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation approach. The population of this study is all grade 10 students of SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi City. While the sample in this study was as many as 30 students, with a sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data collection in this study is using non-test instruments, namely questionnaires using Likert scales for variable X and variable Y. The results of data analysis using SPSS statistical test version 20. In the normality test, it produces values of 0.995 > 0.05 so that it can be decided that the data is normally distributed. And in the homogeneity test produced a value of 0.548 > 0.05 indicating that the research data is homogeneous or said to have the same variant. The results of this study can be seen in the bivariate correlation test resulting in a value of 0.495 > 0.05 so that a decision was made that there is a relationship between introverted personality and student learning motivation in PAI subjects and obtained a Coefficient of Determination (R Square) value of 0.242 which means that 24.2% there is a relationship between introverted personality and student learning motivation in PAI subjects, and the remaining 75.8% is influenced by other variables. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between introverted personality and student learning motivation in PAI subjects.
