Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine how the Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Bekasi City Environmental Agency. The research method carried out is quantitative descriptive. This research proposal is the Influence of Leadership Style on the Performance of Bekasi City Environmental Agency Employees, with a research sample of 70 respondents including 30 non-civil servants and 40 civil servants.. To determine the sample used in this study is Purposive Sampling The method used in this study is descriptive statistics. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to consumers. For data analysis, statistical data processing in this study uses computer program applications or Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software for windows version 21. Based on the answers to the questionnaire that has been processed SPPS, the results are obtained multiple linear regression Y = 2.568 + 0.264X + e The regression coefficient for the variable Influence of Leadership Style (X) is 0.268 and also the significance at < 0.05 which is a positive sign while the test results F (simultaneously) obtained variable The Influence of Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Environmental Agency.This result is evidenced by the results of the anova test (F test) obtained the Fcalculate number which is 5.088 with a significance number of 0.027 Greater which has been determined which is 0.05 Then H0 is accepted and Ha is accepted, it can be interpreted that the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Bekasi City Environmental Agency.
