Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, free cash flow, company size and sales growth on company value in transportation and warehousing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. The research method used is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is all transportation and warehousing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2022 period, as many as 27 companies for three years, with a total of 81 data samples used in the study. The data analysis method uses panel data regression with a random effect model. Based on the results of this study, it shows that managerial ownership, free cash flow and company size do not affect company value, institutional ownership and sales growth have a positive effect on company value.
