Abstract
Development is a process of change from one place to another with better goals based on rules that have been established in an structured, planned, sustainable and gradual manner. Achieving integration in development is not as easy as imagined, especially in the scope of sustainable development. The presence of TPB/SDGs aims to increase community economic growth and empower communities to create decent work opportunities. This can be linked to village SDGs point 9 (infrastructure, industry and innovation) which has 8 targets in it, one of which is TIK. The Sukadami Village Government is one of the villages that has made new changes through the use of Village e-government innovation. This innovation breakthrough is aimed at providing excellent and transparent service to the community. This research aims to find out how the use of e-government innovation in Sukadami village has made Village SDGs point 9 target 8 a reality, as well as finding out the inhibiting and supporting factors in it. The theory used in this research is the theory of Everett M. Rogers (1983) which found that there are 5 variables, namely Relative Advantage, Compability, Complexity, Triability, and Observability. ). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research show that the use of e-government innovation in Sukadami village has realized the Village SDGs framework point 9 target 8 by looking at the implementation which has gone well, but it cannot be said to be perfect and as expected. There are still people who prefer manual services and the socialization carried out by RT heads and RW heads is not evenly distributed. This becomes an obstacle in the implementation and utilization of village e-government innovation, resulting in the implementation of village technology innovation not being optimal.
