Abstract

The influence of service quality from tax officials on service satisfaction of private vehicle taxpayers Xii + 61 pages + 18 tables + 8 appendices Keywords: Service Quality, Taxpayer Service Satisfaction, Private Vehicles This research aims to determine the effect of service quality from tax officials on service satisfaction of private vehicle taxpayers. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. For sampling, this research used purposive sampling. Primary data is the basis for this research. The analytical method used in the research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The research results show that reliability, responsiveness, assurance have a positive effect on service satisfaction of private vehicle taxpayers and research shows that service quality with tangible and empathy variables does not affect mandatory service satisfaction tax.
