Abstract

Elsiana Kartika 41182911190103. Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure in Improving the Quality of Learning Islamic Education at Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School. Bekasi Thesis: Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, 45 Bekasi Islamic University, 2023 M/1445 H. This study aims to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of Islamic religious education learning at Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, namely to describe, explain, explain, and answer in more detail the problems that will be examined by interviews, observation, and documentation. The research population was the headmaster, deputy head of curriculum, PAI teacher, and two students. The focus of this research are two problems, namely how to manage educational facilities and infrastructure at Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School and how the quality of learning Islamic Education with facilities and infrastructure at Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School. Management of facilities and infrastructure is the process of utilizing all school facilities, both those that are directly used in the teaching and learning process and those that are not moving through the process of planning, procurement, distribution, utilization and storage, maintenance, inventory and elimination to achieve educational goals that run effectively and efficient. The quality of learning is a two-way process of interaction and communication between educators and students in order to develop intellectually and also in the mastery of knowledge in order to bring satisfactory results. The results of research on the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning Islamic religious education at Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School are in accordance with the National Education Standards which include standards for educational facilities and infrastructure and the utilization of facilities and infrastructure at Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School has been used optimally. Management of facilities and infrastructure greatly influences the quality of learning in schools and includes three things, namely "(1) input, (2) includes process, and (3) includes output". which in this case is learning planning, learning implementation, and learning outcomes have been achieved well, namely the achievement of student achievements in the fields of attitudes, behavior, knowledge, and skills. This is evidenced by the achievements of the PAT (End of Year Assessment) with satisfactory results and the assessment from the accreditation team which gave a B Plus value to Daar Assa Adatuddaaroin Islamic Middle School which is currently at the 5th road pilot stage this year.
