Abstract

The intense competition among UMKM has led Temata Agency to implement digital branding strategies to shape its clients' brand awareness. The objective of this research is to investigate Temata Agency's digital branding strategies in their efforts to establish client brand awareness. The theory used in this research is Sawlani's Theory, which includes digital branding strategies such as brand messaging, social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques by interviewing, digital observation and documentation of content that has been uploaded by several Temata Agency clients on Instagram. Two informants were selected for the study. The data analysis technique involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique employed is data source triangulation, which compares and verifies information accuracy using various data sources. The research findings indicate that Temata Agency's digital branding strategies are effective in shaping brand awareness for UMKM businesses. The strategic steps taken by Temata Agency include presenting informative content and appealing visualizations. Consistency in informative and engaging content enhances clients' brand awareness. Applying visualizations and communication styles that align with the brand identity can help establish a stronger brand message in the minds of customers.
