Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic University 45 Bekasi Study of Communication Science Faculty of Communications, Literature and Language 2022 Ikho Dwi Yulyanto “Promotion of Student Entrepreneurial Products on Instagram Media” Under the guidance Bapak Saepudin Instagram can be a promotional tool used by entrepreneurs, because using promotions on Instagram is quite affordable in finding products that customers want to search for. One of them is in the entrepreneurial accounts fleur.delune, jajanansiyayang, and shoe_warrior which use Instagram as a medium for promotion and marketing of the products they sell. This study aims to find out how to use Instagram media for promotion and entrepreneurial marketing so that it can increase sales. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is collected through in-depth techniques. The results of the study show that the marketing promotion strategies used by fleur.delune, jajanansiyayang, and shoe_warrior are through Online Communitiens, Interaction, Sharing Of Content, and Accessibility. The online community that the owner participates in is the aerox motor community and the sharing academy. Interact using Instagram features such as Instagram stories (questions & polls) and also Direct Messages. Sharing of content is also used by the owner to post a promotion in the form of photos and videos that are as attractive as possible. Content in the form of photos and short video films that highlight the product you want to offer, Accessibility is also used to add a promotional post with a hashtag feature, the hashtags used by fleur.delune, jajanansiyayang and shoe_warrior are hashtags that are often used to make it easier for customers to search for products . Among the hashtags are #graduation flower, #spicy culinary and #warrior shoes. While carrying out marketing promotions fleur.delune, jajanansiyayang, and shoe_warrior take advantage of existing features on Instagram.
