Abstract

ABSTRACT Yerlisa (41183402190010) The Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. xiv + 84 pages + 21 tables + 2 pictures + 5 diagrams + 18 appendices Keywords: Perceived Organization Support, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on employee engagement at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The data used is data obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data processing uses statistical tests and multiple regression analysis calculations which are calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that perceived organization support has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. This is evidenced by the value of β1 = 0.093 which is significant at t-count 4.044 and sig 0.000. Likewise, organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. This is evidenced by the value of β1 = 0.109 which is significant at t-count 7.058 and sig 0.000, and by the results of hypothesis testing through multiple regression analysis obtained the results of perceived organization support and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement as evidenced by the test value F = 8,453 with a significance of 0.000 and from the value of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R square = 0.524. So it can be seen that perceived organizational support and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi by 0.524 or 52%, the remaining 48% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
