Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT Tatalogam Lestari. The sample used was 135 people using a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling, and data collection techniques using observation and distributing questionnaires. Based on the answers from the questionnaire and the results of data processing, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.986 + 0.371X_1 + 0.332X_2 means that each variable X1 and X2 has a positive value for Y for the value of R Square or 23.5%. Based on the results of the analysis of the F hypothesis test (Anova), obtained F count (20.320) > F Table (3.06) with a sig. (significance) 0.000 is smaller than the standard error set at 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this indicates that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Bekasi Sustainable Metalwork. If we look at the partial t test, it is obtained that the work motivation variable has a significant influence between work motivation (X1) on organizational commitment (Y) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect between satisfaction work on organizational commitment with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
