Abstract

Meidiana Eka Safira (41183402170106) The Influence of Education Level and Work Placement on Employee Work Productivity at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bhagasasi, Rawa Lumbu Bekasi Branch. iv + 116 pages + 23 tables + 1 diagram + 2 graphs + 16 Appendices Keywords: Education Level, Job Placement and Employee Work Productivity. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Education Level and Work Placement on Employee Work Productivity at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bhagasasi, Rawa Lumbu Bekasi Branch. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique (census). The sample used is 42 people, data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and distributing questionnaires. For data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square), PLS is a variant-based SEM statistical method designed to solve multiple regression when specific problems occur in the data calculated using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program. Based on the results of data processing, the regression equation with the second order is obtained, namely the education level coefficient (β1) 0.305 with a significance level of 0.000 (smaller than = 0.05) so it can be said that it has a partial effect on employee work productivity. The work placement coefficient (β2) is 0.688 with a significance level of 0.000 (smaller than = 0.05) so it can be said that work placement has a partial effect on employee work productivity. The results of the analysis show that the measurement of significance (T-Statistic) means that the education level variable has a t-count value of 3,667 which is greater than t table 1,697 (3,667 > 1,697) with a significance number of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Thus hypothesis one can be accepted, namely the level of education has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. And the work placement variable obtained a t-count value of 8,571 which was greater than t table of 1,697 (8,571 > 1,697) with a significance number of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, the second hypothesis can be accepted, namely that work placement has a significant positive effect on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi employees, Rawa Lumbu Bekasi Branch. For the value of R square 0.963, which means that 96.3% education level and work placement affect the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi employees, Rawa Lumbu Bekasi Branch and the remaining 3.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
