Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out, to analyze the influence of the work environment, workload and organizational culture on job satisfaction at PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi. The population in this study are employees who work at PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The data used was obtained from a questionnaire given to employees of PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi, a total of 60 respondents. Data analysis used statistical tests and calculations used multiple regression analysis which was calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Based on the answers to the questionnaires that have been processed through SPSS 21.0, the results of the t test can be interpreted that the work environment has a negative and significant effect, workload has a positive and significant effect and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi and on the results of the F test (by simultaneously) the variables obtained work environment, workload and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This result is proven by the results of ANOVA. So, work environment, workload and organizational culture affect employee job satisfaction. From statistical calculations, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) = 0.420 means that the influence of the work environment, workload and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction is 42.0% while the remaining 48.0% (100 - 42.0% ) is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
